Cannot compile Perl-5.8.6

Anybody know what's going on here? I'm having problems installing other 
programs as well and think I just have something missing. I get this on the 
first make command witn perl 5.8.6...

I've just installed the system and did a buildworld and new kernel with the 
latest CVS (as of yesterday.)
