Yah, I axed UUCP, though there were a few things that still had
to be kept, like 'rmail'. I might also have to bring back 'cu' but
I'd rather somebody just enhance 'tip' with cu-like abilities instead
(e.g. -l line option, clocal operation for immunity from hangups, etc).

Getting rid of uucp was a relief. Nobody in the right mind uses uucp
any more, or if they do it really ought to be a port instead of base
(and this is from the guy who wrote AmigaUUCP so I have some authority
   on the matter!).

Also, we need to axe a few more things, like KerberosIV and netns. Also, it might be a good idea to nuke Perl from base, but that's a big step for now I think. Curretly, we need to get DragonFly in a state which is almost up-to-scratch with 5.x, userland wise, because around the base, there are a lot of asumptions made on the kernel, such as some sysctl oids etc, and some particular functionality which doesn't exist in DragonFly/4.8.
