[issue1470] games/trek: remove sgtty dependency

New submission from Ulrich Spoerlein <uqs@spoerlein.net>:

First patch is taken from the FreeBSD port and moves from sgtty to termios.
Second patch drops even termios, as usefulness is dubious at best. 

(I'm new to git, hope you can work with the patches)
