[issue1258] installer does not limit swap size to work with swapon

There seems to be a limit of 16777216 blocks per swap unit (swapon told me).  
However the installer happily lets you create a swap partition of e.g. 10G. 
Reducing this to 8G makes swapon happy.  I think the installer should prevent
the user from even entering such high values.
