HEADS UP: locale and i18n files updated

Hi all,

I've updated the data files in /usr/share/locale and /usr/share/i18n to  
latest {Free,Net}BSD (the commit is 45a9a2ebaf).

If you are using non-default locale settings, please watch out for any  
issues in this area, localized time, currency, number, etc.  
representation, wrong sorting of non-ascii characters, and so forth. And  
please report if you notice anything.

I hope all went well with the upgrade.
