avalon down

Avalon appears to be down. I installed kdebase4 and some other programs last 
night, converted a project to CMake to run in kdevelop4, played around with 
Konqueror, and went to sleep. Now I'm trying to install the Linux emulator 
and I get "package is not available on the repository".
