Avalon being moved

   Avalon is being moved and will be offline for a while, possibly 2-3
   days depending.  We may use this opportunity to upgrade it's storage
   subsystem as well.

   This is rather short notice (as Avalon is already down) but this is
   probably the best time to do it.
