Nevertheless, copy the files from  /usr/pkg/share/examples/rc.d/ to /etc/rc.d/ and/or set the PKG_RCD_SCRIPTS=YES in /usr/pkg/etc/mk.conf so that pkgsrc will copy the rc.d scripts just after make install.
