Is there any way to rearrange interrupt assignments

	Hi,

	Is there any way to rearrange interrupt assignments to move devices
to higher priority slots. This new box puts the internal sound card on IRQ7
and the one I've plugged into a PCI slot on IRQ16 (according to vmstat
-iv). Disk activity and possibly other things cause sound to get broken up
(the symptom depends on the sound buffer size - small buffer beeps, large
buffer stutters).
