2.6 release fsync_mode default will be changed to mode 3

    Thanks to Jan Lentfer enough HAMMER recovery testing has been done
    that I am confident the new fsync_mode 3 (REDO generatio and recovery)
    is operating properly.

    So for the 2.6 release we are going to run with vfs.hammer.fsync_mode=3
    by default, enabling the new REDO generation and recovery code.

    HAMMER filesystems must be upgraded to version 4 to get the new features.
    This can be done live but should be done while the system is idle.  Keep
    in mind that once you upgrade older 2.4 or earlier (and early 2.5)
    systems will not be able to mount a HAMMER version 4 filesystem.

    We are still on track for an official release & announcement this
    weekend.  We are currently generating binary packages for 2.6 and
    cleaning up issues that have cropped up in testing.
