Cannot unmount namecache|process references

Hi:

After completing a installation using the 2.4.1 LiveCD, the
system was rebooted.

The screen fills up with
'cannot umount: X namecache|process references

Seen on both x86_64 box and x86 box.

Has anybody encountered this ?
Is this possibly a bug ?
