Security issue with HAMMER and 2.2.0/2.2.1

    There are security issues with rename() when using HAMMER.  We will
    be rolling 2.2.2 later this week.

    The 2.2 branch has the fix in it now so you can do an incremental
    upgrade of your system now without waiting for us to roll 2.2.2.
