[ANNOUNCEMENT] Freeze in preparation for pkgsrc-2007Q2 branch is now on

Just a quick heads up that we are now in the freeze period leading up to
the pkgsrc-2007Q2 branch.

We don't expect this branch to take as long as previous ones, and are looking
to branch around the end of June. (2007).
