parser error on building gdm.xml

Hi,

While building gnome/gdm.xml, it looks like stalled on this:

uk/gdm.xml:2358: parser error : Entity 'mdash' not defined
              <para>&percnt;r &mdash; випÑÑк (веÑÑÑÑ OS)</para>

When looking for this via altavista, I found the building does show this 
and builds well, but it doesn't report any stalling in the build. Anyone 
an idea on this?
