Problem with url2pkg

I try in /usr/pkgsrc/net/

url2pkg
http://download.pureftpd.org/pub/ucarp/ucarp-1.2.tar.gz

but there is the following error message:

Run this in .../pkgsrc/foo/bar !

How can I solve this problem?
