MIL-T-FP41 = Make It Like The Fscking PRINT For Once!

The rest is a bit of silicon history ... an early 8-bit CMOS CPU that 
could be clocked all the way down to DC, i.e. static technology, 
inherently able to 'sleep' in any state w/o refresh.  Needless to say, 
also needed static RAM (or magnetic core...)  ;-)
