HEADS UP - Mailing list posting policities now updated!

    As per my previous heads-up, plus DR's suggestion, all mailing lists
    except bugs@ are now set for non-subscriber-verification.  The NNTP
    server does not do non-subcriber-verification

    If you have any problems with the main lists and need help, please post
    to the bugs@ list and I'll try to help.
