NOTE: NNTP POSTINGS BATCHED TO USERS LIST

    Joerg noticed that the NNTP postings to the users group were not being
    forwarded to the mailling list.  I forgot to hook it up.

    I've done so now, so there is going to be a bit of spew.  Some of the
    postings are 'old', some more recent.
