I guess you really miss Amiga Dos ;-)   .....

Under GOALS>User API  in ::read(.....

I don't see any sort of "Op code" being put in the message to indicate a 
read -- say as opposed to a write.  Is that just an omission or is there
some sort of RTTI deal going on in the background?
