Sendmail update to 8.14.4 - Request for Review

Hi,

I have updated Sendmail on vendor and master to 8.4.14 on my local 
repository. Simple mailing on my local net works ok, but maybe someone 
with a more sophisticated setup is willing to test before I commit this 
to master.
