Update for suser(9)
Hi,
it seems that suser_proc() is gone from the tree (the only occurrence I
found was a #define in sys/sys/proc.h (line 409)), but the description
is still present in suser(9).
The attached patch updates suser(9) and the Makefile, but not
sys/sys/proc.h.
