One more: style cleanup to script(1), one day fuse.

There's also room for a bugfix, I noticed: if script(1) is killed by a
signal while running e.g. a curses program, it can leave the terminal in
a 'raw' state, which is Probably Bad.  I'll see if I can fix this over
the weekend, and I'll look at syncing FreeBSD's recent enhancements too.
