VM work - expect some instability in master for ~2 weeks or so

    Venkatesh has been working on converting the vmobj_token and vm_token
    to more fine-grained operation, and there will likely be continuing
    instability in development kernel while that is happening.

    The VM tokens represent the only remaining MP bottleneck in the
    kernel's critical paths.
