Problem while building

Hello,
After making some changes to the code in /sys and building the kernel, I cam across following problem.
But, when I first compiled this custom kernel their was no problem and all worked fluently.
Help me out with this,

FATAL: can't create isc/nls/msgcat.o: No such file or directory
*** Error code 2
Stop in /usr/src/lib.
*** Error code 1
Stop in /usr/src.
***Error code 1

Stop in /usr/src.
