:Quick test in my Thinkpad X61s. Most of stuff even works, but if_em and 
:ehci deadlock the system. Verbose dmesg (without sound, usb and if_em) is

    Just to rule out miswired interrupts, or at least partially rule out
    miswired interrupts, put this in your /boot/loader.conf:

    kern.emergency_intr_enable=1
