    Yah.  The new patch looks good.  You might want to add a master sysctl
    for the netisr threads too.

    We need to redo the netisr mechanism at some point.  I'd like to have it
    allocate the ISRs dynamically and return a handle that is used in the
    later calls instead of using fixed #define's.
