Which threading lib is it?

Points out that the 1.12.0 release notes say the libthread_xu is being
used, while the 1.12.2 errata say it is not.  My 1.12.1 system is showing
libpthread.so.0 linked to libc_r still.  Does the release note need to be
corrected?
