More build issues.

Is "make buildworld && make buildkernel KERNCONF=GENERIC && make
installkernel KERNCONF=GENERIC" still the correct build procedure?

===> dev/disk
===> dev/disk/aha
===> dev/disk/aic7xxx
===> dev/disk/aic7xxx/aicasm
make: don't know how to make /usr/include/sys/inttypes.h. Stop

inttypes.h on my system is located in /usr/include

Do I have to installworld first in order to get headers moved to the
correct location now?
