More __P() removal scheduled for tuesday and friday,
Now that I know what was causing the issues with make
release, modify it to create our release cd this will of course be
minus the disk slice editor and cm utility but a step in the right
direction. 

work on ironing out the api for the package library

is what i hope to accomplish this week.
