Re: git: libutil: Create a <util.h> symlink.

This commit broke heimdal in pkgsrc it seems[1]. It is now using util.h,
which redefines its local "pidfile" define.

I'm not sure this also happened without the symlink, but it seems it
built just fine in older bulk builds.
