    kernel - add hashinit_ext() and phashinit_ext()
    
    * Add hashinit_ext() and phashinit_ext(), extended versions of
      hashinit() and phashinit() which take a structure size and zero
      the array instead of assuming it is only an array of LIST_HEAD's.
