git: dump - rename md dumpsys to md_dumpsys

    dump - rename md dumpsys to md_dumpsys
    
    * Rename the machine dependent dumpsys() to md_dumpsys().
    
    * Add dumpsys() which takes no arguments, giving backward compatibility
      and the possibility to use 'call dumpsys' from the ddb> prompt.
      dumpsys() then calls md_dumpsys(), except for vkernels.
