  also remove BUGS section, which said PFSs couldn't be NFS exported.
   * note that null mounts of PFSs are recommended

   * note that reblocking is needed for nohistory mounts
   * description of data integrity checking from HAMMER article
   * `-offset indent' to .Bd missing it
