USB fatal trap

Hi,

on a system running from a USB harddisk, I regularly run into this upon 
'shutdown -h now':

[bit blurry due to crappy camera]

It's not much of a problem, though, since the disk is already marked as 
clean at that point so it won't fsck upon reboot...
