I don't think we've used send-pr for a very long time. People just
submit their bugs via bugzilla if they want them officially tracked
(bugzilla will forward them to our bugs@ list and any followups on
our bugs list will automatically be funneled back into bugzilla).
It's actually Roundup (http://roundup.sourceforge.net) instead of
bugzilla. And just for the record, the tracker's address is:
