I've seen this before. The SCSI subsystem (with ATAPICAM) tries to
attach USB and ATA[PI] mass storage devices, but never gets a response.
The delay is caused by a fail-safe timeout in the SCSI subsystem which
'gives up' waiting after a minute or so. It's better then what it
was doing before, which was waiting forever and not booting at all.
I'm not sure where the miscommunication is occuring, but it would be
great if someone could spend some time and track it down. I just
finished up some commercial consulting work but my main focus in DFly
for at least the rest of this week is on SMP stabilization.
