ld-elf bug in reloc.c

This is just a pointer to a patch for ld-elf posted in 'users' under the
title of "Fix for 'Unsupported relocation type'" by Nathaniel Filardo.

I've tried the patch and it seems to work, but one of the big kids needs
to review it and (I hope) commit it.

IMO this is a fairly urgent bug, since major ports like ruby, mozilla,
and emacs fail because of it.
