disabled ACPI and 3ware no longer rebuilds the array!

Interesting. I disabled ACPI at boot time and let 3ware rebuild the volume, rebooted again and volume was OK! So it appears that twa1 (PCI enumerated) fake device was causing mirror rebuilds!

What do I do now?
