I need to really get the token code fixed, but after I finish
recoding the token code and all the auxillary filesystem code
that uses tokens I will temporarily set aside the ACPICA5 code
and spend a whole week working through the stabilizing issues to
get the system rock-solid again. I can separate out the APIC_IO
code from the SMP code at the same time (so we can boot UP systems
with APIC_IO and also boot UP systems built with SMP) so it won't be
a wasted week. The token code is really an important step to having
the APIs necessary to move forward on the SMP front.

Other developers should also feel free to address the ports and
    buildworld issues.
