You could try the following patch, but I am not sure if it's gonna work for sure (i.e. apply). I haven't got my machine configured with ports so I can't test it.

	Also, if the above patch doesn't work, you might want to
	reverse diff rev. 1.29 and 1.30 of ports/net/nagios/Makefile
	and patch -R that.  We should probably get the libgnugetopt
	into base.
